Today at QMS, hands-on experience in the art of metal spinning and long-time experience as a supplier is uniquely combined with many years of experience on the customer's side of the High Technology Industry embodied in the owners and management.
At QMS, we understand our craft and we also have a detailed knowledge of the technological and quality requirements of our customers.
In addition to long-term relationships with leading equipment suppliers for the high technology industry, QMS has built long-standing relationships with suppliers for fine raw materials and with qualified local suppliers for cleaning, surface preparation and analytical work.
Our work force is highly-qualified and 90% of our employees have at least 10 years of experience on the job working at QMS.
QMS makes investing in the education and the training of our workforce one of our top priorities which means that many of our employees also have an unusually good theoretical background. That allows QMS to continuously and successfully keep up with the requirements of our customers and improve on our own technical abilities and process controls which, in turn, provides exceptional cost effectiveness to our customers.
